Do I have to sign a contract for a cleaning service?

Do I have to be in the place for my cleaning service to be done?

You are not obligated. You can stay, leave/come back anytime or leave before/during cleaning to enjoy the day. It’s your place, so we don’t care what you’re doing during the day. Feel free to do whatever you want. Just keep in mind that we will need entry instructions (IE Key, Door Code/Garage/Alarm) to access your location in order to be able to do the cleaning if you are not there on the day and time of the cleaning.

Do I have to provide any equipment or cleaning supplies for my cleaning?

Never, do we have our own commercial grade equipment (HEPA vacuums) and powerful cleaning supplies to provide a spotless clean at your location. However, we are more than welcome to use your own products or a specific product at will to make you happy and get the best cleaning results for you. Please let us know in advance or on the day of cleaning and leave it where you would like it to be used (marble countertops, wood/tile floors, leather sofas, wooden furniture and more).
