Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Are you buying or selling a home? Is your rental in between tenants?
This cleaning will make everything “move in” ready.
The focus is on BUILD UP and HI/LO cleaning:

Wipe all counters/appliances including inside of microwave Scrub sinks
Open all cabinets, drawers, pantry to wipe clean
Thoroughly sweep and mop all bare floors (especially where appliances have been)
Vacuum all carpeted areas including all closets
Clean and disinfect all bathrooms (wipe out cabinets and drawers, special attention to build up)
Wash ceiling fans and light fixtures in-place, by hand, (tulip light fixtures clean in place, light fixtures w/glass panels or bulbs over kitchen tables, light bar in bathrooms cleaned in place. Those that cannot be reached on a 3 step ladder by hand will be dusted with an extension duster.

DEEP CLEAN (First Time, One-Time, or Special Request Cleaning). Every “Deep Clean” includes the “Basic Clean” with detail emphasis and focus on build up, plus the following:

Light fixtures (hand washed in place / not removed)

POST-CONSTRUCTION (NEW/RENOVATION) CLEANING

Construction is messy, even when contractors take all reasonable anti-dust precautions and clean up every day. Most construction contracts stipulate that the space will be delivered to you “broom-swept.” This is not a condition that you’ll want to live in. To really get your place clean and free of dust—in the post-construction rooms and beyond—you’ll need a deep clean. That means that you will need a post-construction cleaning (a final interior cleanup) inside to live in a better environment after the construction is complete. A summary of what a post-construction (deep cleaning) clean-up will include is the following:

Dust, wipe and vacuum all surfaces, woodwork, fixtures including ceilings and walls (scuffs and marks cleaned)
Sweep, vacuum, mop, and disinfect stairs and floors
Vacuum and wipe-down all upholstery and furniture
Dust all electronics (if applicable)
Dust and wipe doors, knobs, baseboards, moldings, and hardware
Thorough wash, wipe-down and sanitization of bathrooms and kitchens (including small and big appliances, cabinets (inside and drawers if requested), and counters)
Dust, vacuum and wipe of all window interiors including sills, glass and frames
Dust, vacuum and wipe all ducts, grates, vents, blinds, ceiling fans, and lighting fixtures
Clean all handrails, banisters, hardware hinges and handles, shelves, and cabinets throughout the rooms
Clean inside all closets
Removal of all remaining trash and debris (although your contractor should have removed most of this as part of the contract)
Others extra services if requested (I.e.: clean garage, porches, patio, deck, walkway, exterior lights and etc.)
